Civic Club member Monty
Okey serving up caramel for the annual Caramel
Apple Event on Halloween. Dr. and Mrs. Okey had
hosted this event at their home for over 25 years,
before becoming a project of the Civic Club in
conjunction with the Manchester Area Chamber of
Commerce. Over 1100 caramel apples were served
this year.
